Scope of Service
- Onboarding and offboarding contractors in our systems (including confirmation of equipment retrieval/settlement)
- Supervision of contract execution to ensure the continuity of service provision by Consultants
- Handling formal and legal issues arising from the contract form and formal requirements, including those for qualified outsourcing
- Acceptance and settlement of contractor invoices based on data confirmed by the Bank's SPOC
- Settlement of benefits for contractors (MakeItRight: Luxmed and Benefit)
- Optional settlement of Bank benefits
- Payment of contractor invoices
- Preparation of an hourly report for the reporting period
- Issuance of an invoice to the Bank – collectively for services plus the agreed commission
- Management of costs associated with employment and Consultant services in a transparent model for both contract parties
