How you will get the job done:
- Definition, ownership and management of the Defect Process
- Test coordination between Teams, especially driving e2e automated test
- Management and control of all defects within the Preproduction and Production environments
- Leading daily calls with Development Teams’ representatives, status on defect fixing, providing actions, cooperating with teams to ensure they are taken
- Leading weekly calls with the client, gathering and reporting statistics and trends on defects in product
- Ensuring all defects are entered correctly and controlled/managed as effectively as possible through their lifecycle
- Supporting release process
Skills and experience you will need:
- Experience with online team collaboration tools (MS Teams or Skype)
- A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Experience with planning and dependencies management
- Demonstrable progress chasing and tracking skills
- A few years of experience with software testing
- Strong organisation skills
- Good communication skills in written and spoken Polish and English
Nice to have skills:
- Knowledge about policy lifecycle
