- Active search for candidates using modern recruitment techniques
- Pre-selection of applications and interviews with candidates
- Taking care of a positive Candidate Experience throughout the recruitment process
- Editing and publishing job offers
- Monitoring of IT market, analyzing data from sourcing results and presenting your conclusions and recommendations
- Participation in Employer Branding activities and projects
