Skills and experience you will need
- More than 1 year of implementation experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (ideally Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II)
- Advanced knowledge of object-oriented programming (Java, .NET, etc.)
- Medium to advanced knowledge of Java/TypeScript & frameworks (jQuery, AngularJS)
- Medium to advanced knowledge of web development techniques (HTML, XML, JSON, CSS, …) and frameworks (Bootstrap, Angular)
- Advanced knowledge of relational databases (tables, columns, relations, SQL)
- Advanced knowledge of system integration (HTTP(S), REST, SOAP) between Salesforce and other systems
- Knowledge about Version Control (git)
- Experience in using CI/CD tools (Jenkins/Bamboo)
- Ideally: Salesforce Certified App Builder
- Experience in agile software development (e.g. Scrum)
- Fluent English, German is beneficial
Things you will do
The Salesforce Developer for Sales Cloud will implement the customer’s requirements within the Salesforce Sales Cloud solution. He is responsible for the technical implementation design, implementation, testing and documentation:
- Derive detailed solution design from the given overall solution architecture
- Decide the concrete implementation approach for together with the Salesforce Sales Cloud Architect / Lead Engineer
- Implement code within the Salesforce Sales Cloud solution according to business requirements and document the resulting implementation
- Test the solution against acceptance criteria
- Present the working solution to the product owner and end user
- Maintain the resulting code during further development and/or environment changes
