We are looking for you if:
- You have higher education – IT and related fields (e.g. technical, mathematical)
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or System Analyst or in the field of IT application support
- You have hands-on experience in identifying and managing user requirements and creating system specifications
- You have complete knowledge of project management
- You know relational databases: Oracle, Postgress, MSSQL
- You know UML and BPMN notations
- You have knowledge of Enterprise Architect
- You worked in the SCRUM methodology
You will get extra points for:
- Having professional experience in the financial and insurance sector
- You have experience or knowledge of solutions using ESB
- You know SOA architecture
Your job will rely on:
- Participation in cross-sectional projects carried out with the participation of the IT Department
- Conducting analytical work with an internal client
- Cooperation with external companies during the project implementation
- Creating business requirements specifications
- Verification of business needs in terms of the possibility of implementation in the system
- Developing new solutions in cooperation with a business client.
- Cooperation with programmers
- Ensuring the quality of manufactured products by developing assumptions for testing and software acceptance as well as supporting acceptance tests.
- Support in organizing and conducting tests
